These two replacement 5th wheel puck system anchors are designed to fit the CURT puck system legs #16021 and slider adapter #16022. They are the front, truck cab-side anchors and have a relatively smaller design than the larger, tailgate-side anchors. Together with the rear anchors they secure the hitch in the truck bed puck system. This package includes two anchors and hardware only. The rear anchors and anchor handles are not included.
